Intern

Our internships are designed to provide participants with the opportunity to immerse themselves in our company for the summer. This experience offers insight into real-world relations within a nontraditional post graduation industry, the day-to-day operations, and interaction with current employees. This will help participants make an educated decision on taking the next step in their potential career at Bish's RV.

This is an in-person role based out of one of our 28 dealerships or corporate office. Students are responsible for their own transportation and housing arrangements. Our company will not provide relocation assistance. Please note, we cannot hire anyone who has VISA SPONSORSHIP.

How to qualify

• Currently enrolled in 2 or 4 year college
• Must be at least in sophomore year
• Must be local to a dealership
• All majors accepted

How to apply

• Submit application through Bish's Careers site
• Submit an application through Handshake
• Schedule 1:1 with the recruiting team

Post-application

• Interview with dealership or corporate teams
• If intended start date is outside of 30 days, a commitment letter is extended including pay and additional job specifics
• If intended start date is within 30 days, a verbal offer is extended
• A formal application is submitted through Bish's applicant tracking system
• Start date is confirmed with hiring manager
• Employee onboarding is completed

Kick off your internship

• Complete employee roadmaps to learn about the different departments within a dealership
• Get to know your team and dealership layout
• Begin on the job training

Complete your program

• Complete an internship feedback survey
• Turn in any uniforms or Bish's supplied equipment
• Discuss future opportunities with Bish's RV
