About the Role:
We are seeking organized, friendly, and customer service-focused individuals to join our team as Hosts and Hostesses. In this role, you will welcome and seat guests at the clubhouse while ensuring every member and guest receives attentive, efficient, and warm service in the dining room. Prior experience is preferred but not required—beginners with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome each guest with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables following server rotation procedures.
- Maintain reservation logs, answer incoming calls, and record reservations and special guest requests.
- Accurately take and process to-go orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, pricing, and general service procedures.
- Ensure host areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Remain visible and accessible on the dining room floor to guests, staff, and management.
- Check tables before service to confirm proper settings.
- Communicate guest requests and concerns promptly to the department manager.
- Follow safe work practices at all times.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:

- Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 10 lbs. regularly.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
