What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Excellent typing skills (at least 45 WPM) and 10-key by sight
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher is a plus
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative capacity, ideally within a corporate or staffing environment
- Experience in clerical support or administrative roles
- Knowledge of business writing and basic computer troubleshooting
- Familiarity with customer service or client-facing activities
- Job Type: Temporary opportunity, 3-month commitment then month-to-month
- Pay: $20.65/hr
- Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4:30PM
- Location: Queen Street, Honolulu, 96813
- Parking: not provided
- Attire: Professional business attire Monday-Thursday, business casual on Friday
