Pay
- $17/hr during training (first 2–4 weeks)
- $18–$19/hr after training
- $20–$24 /hr for crew leads
- Performance bonuses available
Schedule
- Monday–Friday (some Saturdays optional)
- Consistent hours
Year-round work (not seasonal)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Residential & commercial window cleaning
- Ladder work and water-fed pole systems
- Detailed work in customer homes
- Working as part of a professional crew
