Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in EMR
- Opportunity to work with advanced treatment modalities including TMS and Spravato
- Contribute to program development and clinical initiatives as the practice grows
- Maintain a manageable and sustainable caseload with strong operational support
Qualifications
- Active Maine PMHNP (CNP) license
- Current DEA license
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Experience in outpatient psychiatry preferred
- Ability to work within a team-based environment
- Experience with TMS, Spravato, or SUD treatment is a plus
