Physical Therapist PT Responsibilities:
- Performing evaluations/screens, establish patients goals, develops individualized treatment plans, developing treatment and discharge plans
- Provide quality physical therapy services encompassing personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions
- Documenting progress toward identified objectives
- Overseeing Physical Therapy Assistant(s) and provides onsite supervision of treatment interventions and clinical documentation
- Developing and implementing new program/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
- Conducting patient and family education
- Independently manage workflow which includes allotting time for treatment documentation of individual treatments and notes in the electronic records system
