We are hiring
Curb and Gutter Crew Membersto support utility and concrete construction projects. This role requires skilled operation of equipment and forming/finishing work to meet production standards safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Form and finish concrete for curb and gutter placement
Perform routine inspections, walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Follow hand signals, grade stakes, and markings to complete work to specifications
Receive written or verbal instructions for excavation and material movement
Potentially operate a curb machine (experience a plus, not required)
Perform related duties as assigned to support production goals
Qualifications
Positive attitude, reliability, and self-motivation to work safely
Experience operating a skid steer and mini excavator a plus, but not required
Curb machine experience strongly preferred but not required
Ability to form and finish concrete to quality standards
Knowledge of civil drawings is a plus
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen (where applicable).
18 years of age or older
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Strong attendance, accountability, and commitment to quality work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs., climb in/out of equipment, stand, kneel, bend, twist, push/pull, and work outdoors in all conditions
