Job Title: Science Teacher
Qualifications:
NYS Certification in Science (Preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
Master’s Degree (Preferred but not required)
Purpose Statement:
Bishop Ludden-Grimes Jr./Sr. High School is looking for highly motivated
individuals who love the Lord, love kids and love teaching Science.
Opportunities to teach grades 7-12. Courses may include 7th-8th grade Science,
Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, IB Environmental Science, IB
Biology.
Expectations:
Demonstrate knowledge of child development and a variety of strategies to
facilitate student engagement and success
Demonstrate a growth mindset and flexibility
Demonstrate knowledge of the NYS standards for science
Demonstrate an avid interest in faith-based education
Salary: $40,000
