Job Purpose: The Synthetic Splicer will fabricate and refurbish synthetic slings and other lifting assemblies.
Job Duties:
- Measure, cut, and splice synthetic rope using basic hand tools to produce recovery ropes, tow ropes, soft shackles, and winch lines.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they follow exact specifications in order to maintain quality standards.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience working in a manufacturing capacity.
- Must have experience and working knowledge of basic hand tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical, and background check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
