What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDL Driver/Rigger position at Bishop Lifting Products Inc?

Job Purpose:
The Wire Rope Fabricator will fabricate and repair material while upholding the safety values and standards that Bishop Lifting is known for.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and repair wire rope slings and assemblies
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Assist in proof testing of products when required
- Ensure that equipment and tools used in the rigging department are properly maintained
- Perform other functions as required
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to read measuring devices such as tape measure, calipers, etc.
- Prior Rigging/ sling assembly experience preferred
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy material to and from certain parts of the rigging department
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- General computer experience is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
