Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Host/Greeter to be the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring every guest has a positive first impression. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and thank them upon departure
• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to tables while maintaining seating flow and rotation
• Communicate clearly with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed

Qualifications

• Previous host, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
