Biscuitville FRESH SOUTHERN is an exciting quick-service restaurant concept dedicated to serving authentic, Southern food made fresh from locally sourced ingredients.
As the restaurant industry evolves, technology has become increasingly important. Mobile ordering, mobile pay, delivery, catering, loyalty programs, and apps are becoming the norm in the industry, and we will need to explore and implement the right technologies to fuel our next stage of growth. For this reason, we’re looking to hire a highly collaborative Vice President of Information Technology to help lead our technology and project management efforts. This role is based out of our Restaurant Support Center in Greensboro, North Carolina.
The VP of IT will report directly to the President/ Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for supporting Biscuitville’s strategic vision by ensuring the right technology and operational strategies are evaluated, prioritized, and implemented. This role will serve as the analytic and strategic driver of Biscuitville’s business transformation initiatives, ensuring that change management and project management best practices are operational to fully realize all the benefits. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable in a project-oriented environment, and a proven leader that can effectively operate with minimal direction and can effectively influence key stakeholders and assist them in complex decisions relating to big picture initiatives. Qualifications
- 10 years preferred Program Management, Enterprise PMO, IT PMO experience leading complex and cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Successful track record with developing and maintaining organizational or departmental strategy plans with a chartered path to reach business objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that is aligned with and supports the current and future business goals of the company.
- Outstanding team leadership with a proven record of leading and managing an organization through a period of company expansion or growth, developing and mentoring others to next level performance.
- The ability to understand and support field operations perspectives and initiatives
- Experience and ability to interact with peer senior leaders
- Experience with creating and delivering effective Board of Director presentations
- Strong financial and business acumen, an understanding of P&L and metrics associated with capital expenditure
- Strong interpersonal and situational leadership skills
