Lead Bartender

About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at our Richland, WA location. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality in all aspects of beverage preparation and presentation. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the bar team to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
• Develop and implement drink menus, promotions, and specials that drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of beverage preparation and presentation
• Train and mentor junior bartenders to improve skills and knowledge
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  
  

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Lead Bartender or equivalent role
• Proven track record of excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails, including classic and modern recipes
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Nice to Have

• Certification in mixology or a related field (e.g. USBG, WSET)
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding liquor sales and service
