What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, focused guest service across various customer-facing roles
- Stay proactive, communicative, and solutions-minded to support your team
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
- Collaborate with Back of House to ensure a seamless service experience
- Handle pressure with poise-especially during high-volume brunch shifts
- Be open to feedback, learning, and long-term growth within our culture of hospitality
- Strong interpersonal skills and a hospitality-first mindset
- Positive energy with a calm, professional demeanor
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in consistency
- Comfort working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Weekend and peak-time availability

- $17–22/hr average starting pay (base tip share)
