Biscuit Belly is looking for a Damn Good Baker to lovingly prepare our scratch made biscuits each day. Our Bakers start at 6:00 AM and is the first to begin each of our days preparing fresh, hot, quality biscuits according to company recipes, procedures and standards with strict adherence to safe food handling procedures. Our goal is to create a biscuit unlike any other and if you are someone who likes to work in a fast paced kitchen while having a good time working with others this is your place. You MUST BE TIMELY AND RELIABLE and being a morning person is super helpful. PLUS with morning hours you have every afternoon and evening to yourself. You must also be available on weekends and holidays as needed. Assist other food production personnel as needed.
Job Functions
- Prepare and bake biscuits according to company recipes and procedures.
- Prepare biscuits to meet business demands without over producing.
- Clean cooking utensils, pots, pans, equipment and floors.
- Assist other food production personnel as needed.
- Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and fellow team members.
- Ensure personal appearance meets company standard and displays professionalism at all times.
- Recognize and adhere to all sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment for all.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour
