Duties & Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer food orders, by entering their order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments
- Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests
- Maintain solid product-brand knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions to accommodate guests needs
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributing team member with ability to work as a team player
- Resolve customer complaints, provide relevant information or assistance
