We're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with business-to-business customers and engaging potential clients as well as building new relationships. The successful candidate will also quickly develop an understanding of the products and services we offer, as well as relevant legal and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Qualify incoming leads, research business prospects and identify opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls to educate and sell a product or service to businesses.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, contracts and reports.
- Respond to customer's questions and requests.
- Maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong command of English and excellent communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Demonstrated sales skills, particularly in B2B environments
- Proficiency in negotiation and closing techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software and Salesforce
- Experience in telemarketing and inside sales
- Knowledge of business development and outbound calling strategies
- Ability to engage in warm calling and marketing initiatives
