About the Role:
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming the hospitality industry, and they’re seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position (5 days per week) where you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform and have a seamless, positive experience from onboarding through renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients in the hospitality space, understanding their goals and helping them achieve measurable outcomes using the platform.
- Monitor account health, proactively address challenges, and identify opportunities for growth and increased usage.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, and Support) to advocate for client needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to ensure customers are getting the most out of the solution.
- Support renewal and expansion opportunities by demonstrating ROI and aligning solutions with evolving client objectives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity with the hospitality, restaurant, or food-service industries is a major plus.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Comfortable working in-office Monday through Friday in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
