The Order Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations by managing order processing, coordinating shipments, and supporting warehouse logistics. This role bridges customer service, vendor coordination, and warehouse support to deliver timely and accurate fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system (NetSuite).
- Create shipping labels and prepare orders for shipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for drop-ship fulfillment and follow up on order status.
- Assist the warehouse team with packing, labeling, and shipping orders during peak periods.
- Track and update order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, shipments, and inventory movement.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or warehouse support.
- Familiarity with shipping carriers, label creation, and fulfillment processes.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
