Overview:
Birttani Display is a direct manufacturer and distributor serving the trade show, event planning, and marketing industries. We provide high-quality, modular display systems that are portable, tool-free, and customizable for various booth designs and event needs.
Role:
The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily operations across production, warehouse, and shipping, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Manager in overseeing production, warehouse, and shipping
- Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve operational issues
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
- Assist with staff training, mentoring, and workflow management
- Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- 2 years in operations, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment
- Tradeshow or display industry experience preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual Chinese is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
