Overview:

Birttani Display is a direct manufacturer and distributor serving the trade show, event planning, and marketing industries. We provide high-quality, modular display systems that are portable, tool-free, and customizable for various booth designs and event needs.

Role:

The Assistant Operations Manager supports daily operations across production, warehouse, and shipping, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Operations Manager in overseeing production, warehouse, and shipping
  • Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and logistics
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service to resolve operational issues
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
  • Assist with staff training, mentoring, and workflow management
  • Ensure compliance with safety, company policies, and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • 2 years in operations, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
  • Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment
  • Tradeshow or display industry experience preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Bilingual Chinese is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
