What You’ll Do
- Oversee and optimize the Birth of Royal Child online store and marketplace presence.
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising.
- Analyze performance data to strengthen conversions, sales, and customer retention.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to support launches and campaigns.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and improvements across all digital platforms.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and service providers.
What We’re Looking For
- at least 5 years experience in e-commerce management or digital retail.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar.
- Understanding of digital marketing, UX, and customer-journey best practices.
