Parts & Service Director - Wisconsin Facility. Drive Operations. Lead a Team. Represent a Trusted Name in Food Equipment.Biro of Chicago Inc., a respected leader in food equipment distribution across the Midwest for over 40 years, is expanding leadership at our Wisconsin location (The Workers of Wisconsin). We're seeking a dynamic Parts & Service Director to oversee day-to-day branch operations, drive customer satisfaction, and lead a skilled technical team.What You’ll Do:Lead and support technicians, ensuring jobs stay on track and on budget.Collaborate with customers to identify parts and provide solutions using technical schematics.Maintain high standards in inventory, invoicing, and job profitability.Manage installations, service dispatching of technicians, and e-commerce operations.Own the upkeep of our warehouse, website, and Vision ERP system.Ability to perform service in the field if needed or if a job requires an extra hand.Foster smooth coordination with our Chicago headquarters.What We’re Looking For:Proven leadership experience in a service-oriented or technical environment.Strong communication and customer service skills.Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities.Computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook).Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, understanding mechanical and electrical expertise.Preferred (but not required):Experience with food equipment sales or service operations.Experience as a service technician, repairing equipment in the field.Other Requirements:Ability to lift 50 to 75lbs and work flexible hours when needed.Commitment to our core values: Integrity, Confidence, and Respect.Why Join Us?You’ll be part of a company that values leadership, innovation, and service excellence. Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
