What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Department Team Member position at Biro Manufacturing Company?
Seeking mechanical thinking, hard working, self-starter to work in our Service Department. Duties will include answering customer calls which will entail order entry, troubleshooting equipment problems, advising repairs/parts to be ordered. Applicant will need to be willing and able to learn and obtain electrical and mechanical understanding of our equipment. Computer and phone experience required.
Monday-Friday 8-5 with one hour lunch.
