Leadership: Oversee daily operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff satisfaction
Staff Management: Supervise and develop a team of registered nurses, licensed practical/vocational nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Clinical Excellence: Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant and effective care delivery
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines
Communication: Foster open communication between departments, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience preferred
Licensure: Active RN license in the state of Alabama or MSL
