Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL. The Ticketing Manager will oversee ticket sales, manage ticketing operations, and ensure seamless event ticketing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with event organizers, managing ticket inventory, supervising ticketing staff, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role will also involve collaboration with various stakeholders to optimize event revenue and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Experience with Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations, including managing ticketing systems and inventory
- Proficiency in Event Ticketing and familiarity with event management processes
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
- Proven Customer Service skills with a focus on providing an exceptional patron experience
- Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and high-level organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in event management, business, or a related field
- Previous experience in entertainment or sports venue management is a plus
