We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and government contracting. This role requires 15 years of industry experience, including 7 years managing federal, state, or local government contracts.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple commercial and government construction projects simultaneously.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with FAR, local regulations, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
- Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Track and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Conduct regular project meetings and site visits.
- Resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 15 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
- 7 years managing government construction contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
- Familiarity with government contracting standards, especially FAR.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
- PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
