About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and government contracting. This role requires 15 years of industry experience, including 7 years managing federal, state, or local government contracts.

You’ll be leading multiple complex construction projects from start to finish — ensuring timelines, budgets, compliance, and quality standards are met. We’re looking for a confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle competing priorities with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial and government construction projects simultaneously.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, local regulations, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
  • Create and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Track and manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and site visits.
  • Resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 15 years of project management experience in commercial construction.
  • 7 years managing government construction contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
  • Familiarity with government contracting standards, especially FAR.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • PMP Certification is a plus but not required.
  • OSHA 30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
