Inventory Clerk
Classification: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Inventory Lead
Summary
Ability to work effectively across all areas of a hands-on manufacturing operation, maintaining strong communication with production, material handlers, machine operators, and supervisors to support accurate daily inventory counts. Demonstrates thorough understanding of raw materials, WIP, and finished-goods flow in a manual environment, ensuring counts are completed with precision despite high-movement areas, changing work priorities, or production demands. Maintains professionalism, accuracy, and teamwork while resolving discrepancies and supporting continuous inventory accuracy.
Essential Functions/Duties
1. Observe, follow, and maintain a safe working environment.
2. Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory levels and communicate discrepancies to supervision.
3. Utilize the ERP system, including RF scanners and PC applications, to manage material movement and inventory transactions.
4. Perform safety checks to ensure all safety devices and guarding are in proper working order.
5. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
6. Operate a forklift safely and efficiently; 1–3 years of forklift experience is required.

Position Type/Expected Hour of Work
This is a Full-time position.
Hours are 2nd Shift Monday – Friday 3PM to 11:30PM
Required Education and Experience
1. HS Diploma/GED
2. 1 – 3 Years of Mfg. Inventory Control experience
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Bilingual English/Spanish language skills is a plus
