Birmingham Broker isn't a typical dealership — and we're not looking for a typical salesperson.
We operate on a true consignment model, representing local Alabama owners selling premium vehiclesfrom $10,000 to $150,000. Our clients trust us to handle everything — marketing, financing, buyerqualification, and closing — while they get the best return without the hassle of a private sale.
We move approximately 40 vehicles per month and we're growing. We run a tight, high-performanceteam with daily structure, clear accountability, and a culture built around doing things right — not justdoing them fast.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Build relationships with buyers and guide them through our premium vehicle inventory
Manage your own lead pipeline from first contact to closed deal
Follow up relentlessly — phone, text, email — until the answer is yes or no
Work with our team to deliver an exceptional buyer experience every time
Log activity and keep deals organized in VinSolutions CRM
Show up to our daily 8:45am team meeting ready to compete

Prior sales experience preferred — automotive a plus, not required
