Finance & Insurance Manager
Performance Role · Six-Figure Opportunity
We are a high-volume independent dealership averaging 40 units per month and scaling aggressively. We
are installing a dedicated F&I operation to drive profitability and build long-term enterprise value.
This is not a salary position. This is a performance role.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
• All deal structuring
• Lender negotiations and reserve optimization
• 100% menu presentation
• Service contract, GAP, and ancillary penetration
• Compliance and funding timelines
• Weekly PVR accountability
You are responsible for back-end gross performance. Period.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• $1,000 PVR by Day 30
• $1,200 sustained PVR by Day 60
• 45% VSC penetration
• 60% GAP penetration on financed deals
If those numbers make you uncomfortable, this role is not for you.
