Ag CE Detailer

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for general upkeep and cleaning of equipment and maintenance of facility including building and lot.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

1. Responsible for the upkeep of the facility location.
2. Maintain adequate supplies needed to perform this job.
3. Washing, waxing, and final detailing of all new and used equipment.
4. Mowing and spraying of the display lots and general upkeep and organization of the display lots.
5. Perform minor Service Technician duties.
6. Assist the Service Technicians as requested by the Service Manager.
7. Perform rental/demo return inspections as requested.
8. Report any service-related problems to Service Manager upon final cleanup of equipment.
9. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience: Individual should have a high school diploma or its equivalent.  Should be able to set work priorities and work independently in the absence of supervision and be able to understand and carryout oral and written directions. Must have the ability to maintain high degree of motivation in team members to retain focus of providing highest level of customer satisfaction.

The individual should have a minimum of six months of related experience, steady work record, and must be able to perform each of the essential position functions.

• Ability to get around the dealership and grounds for various tasks.

• Ability to be on ones feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to operate equipment or other power equipment as necessary.

This position offers a competitive compensation along with a benefits package commensurate with relevant experience, qualifications, and market standards.

Wage Range - $18.00 - $22.00
