- Pick-up, deliver and transport equipment, machinery, parts and supplies for the company and its customers.
- Maintain record of all pick-ups and deliveries including required signatures.
- Safely load and unload the delivery vehicle.
- Assist in scheduling equipment pick-up and delivery times and dates.
- Oversee the condition of equipment being delivered to ensure high standards.
- Follows all safety rules, procedures, and practices at all times.
- Maintain all assigned vehicles in good, clean working condition. Performs necessary maintenance.
- Provide operating instructions to customers at the time of delivery.
- Ensure customers satisfaction prior to completing delivery.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Load and haul oversized and/or overweight transports on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned,
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services, and support of all staff.
- Resolve customer’s concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Promote a positive attitude at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exhibit Birkey’s high level of customer service daily.
- Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customer.
Salary : $42,000 - $80,000
