POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all operations at Birkey's Farm Store location including financial, sales, customer service and all related employee matters.

- Develop annual business plan, goals, and budget with the assistance of all department managers.
- Continually monitor actual company performance and compare with budget and the general business environment, making adjustments when necessary.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Maintain an effective sales control system (using Birkey's quote sheets, cost analysis forms, daily contact reporting, customer profiles etc.)
- Assist in the development and implementation of an advertising program for assigned division.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and make corrections whenever necessary.
- Ensure all employees understand the importance of excellent customer service and how all employees impact the customer and the image of the company.
- Determine and ensure proper staffing levels in all departments.
- Provide guidance and training to all department managers.
- Monitor company-wide compliance concerning all governmental regulations (e.g. OSHA, EEOC, ADA, EPA, USDOT, etc.
- Maintain involvement with or in associations that deal with our customer base.
- Properly prepare and execute all sales, financing, and warranty documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Support and ensure compliance with all company and employee policies.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
- Responsible for hiring and supervision of all department managers including interviewing, directing work, appraising performance, discipline and termination.
- Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving problems of all employees and customers.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
- Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Promote a positive attitude at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exhibit Birkey's high level of customer service on a daily basis.

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
