POSITION SUMMARY: Completes deliveries and pick-up of parts and materials as requested.

- Deliver parts and equipment to customers and vendors as directed.
- Pick up parts and equipment from customers and vendors as coordinated through Parts Manager.
- Sort transfers as requested by Parts Manager.
- Assist the parts counter when needed.
- Ensure all paperwork is done accurately, timely and efficiently.
- Clean and maintain vehicle used for deliveries.
- Wash and clean machinery as assigned.
- Assists in maintaining shop area in an organized and clean manner.
- Communicate vendor or customer requests and concerns to management.
- Responsible for the upkeep of the facility location, including mowing, spraying, and general upkeep.
- Backup to the Shuttle driver.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to company safety program at all times.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Ensure every customer is satisfied with the products, services and support of all staff.
- Resolve customers concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Promote a positive attitude at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Exhibit Birkey's high level of customer service on a daily basis.
- Acknowledge appreciation of clients and customer.
