BIRKA is seeking for Architect & project manager ,with experience in residential, retail and hospitality projects to join us at our Miami Offices
We are looking for a full-time candidate that is technically proficient in construction documents , design sensitive, and has excellent organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to work as an integral part of the team, and at the same time, is able to work independently. He/She manages one or more projects during all phases of a project until completion and directs consultants at all levels to ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken in order to guarantee that work is completed as planned, budgeted, scheduled and in conformance with the design.
Summary of Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design or equivalent in education or experience.
- Construction Document & Project management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-up 3D Max
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator
- 3D modeling & Revit is a plus
- Manage AI tools
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to focus on a single project or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Lead assignments on multiple projects from conceptual through project completion.
- Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Effective client relationship skills and talent for working under pressure of deadlines.
- Organizational skills; attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.
