Service Technician

Must be mechanically inclined using power and hand tools, possibly field repairs and preventative maintenance. This is a physical position and may require dealing with customers from time to time to show them how to operator machines. Well-established service company is seeking an entry-level technician to join the team. Computer skills are required to download and calibrate machines.

Responsibilities will include:

• Making minor adjustments/calibrating equipment
• Mechanically inclined with hand and power tools
• Download software to calibrate machines
• Cleaning/wiping down equipment so it is ready for use
• Safely packing the equipment for transport
• Recording incoming/outgoing equipment
• Might have to deal with Customers and go their facilities if necessary
• Cleaning Customer devices
• Heavy PC usage Word, Excel, ERP system and Outlook
• Must have a clean driving record
