Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Traveling Superintendent based in any of these main markets TX, AL, AR, CA, WA, LA, and high preference given to AL, AR and OK.
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, including planning, coordination, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Key responsibilities include conducting inital scope walk, managing project schedules, supervising subcontractors, conducting on-site inspections, and maintaining quality control to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Project Management, Scheduling, and Task Coordination
• Strong knowledge of Construction Methods, Safety Standards, and Best Practices
• Ability to work with and manage subcontractors, and Effectively Communicate with Stakeholders
• Skill in Budgeting, Cost Control, and Resource Allocation
• High attention to detail and ability to ensure quality construction outcomes
• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to various job site conditions
• Experience in single-family or multifamily construction is a plus
•Relevant certifications such as HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, OSHA or
