This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller based in San Diego County, CA. The Controller will oversee all financial operations, including managing budgets, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting systems, preparing financial statements, conducting risk assessments, and implementing internal controls. The Controller will also play a key role in financial forecasting, payroll management, and supporting overall business decision-making processes.

• Expertise in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in Accounting and Auditing standards, GAAP principles, and internal controls
• Experience with Accounting Software and tools, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of Compliance and Regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements
• Effective Leadership and Communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and present financial insights
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar Controller or finance leadership role is highly recommended
