Schedule: M – T, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
This position is located at our Bayou La Batre, AL facility.

Our Welders are an integral piece of our work on a daily basis. Some of your daily functions will include:
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Must be able to set up own equipment, tack, distribute heat evenly with a clean bead.
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Mock Weld Test.
- Possess strong attention to detail in order to aid strong quality assurance program.
- Excellent math skills with the ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Must be able to weld aluminum and carbon steel proficiently.
- Ability to fix a defected weld.
- Must be able to weld in any position (uphill, horizontal, vertical, or flat)
If you have at least 3 years’ experience as a Welder, possess a High School Diploma or GED and fundamental knowledge in marine or manufacturing industry, we want to talk to you!
