We are looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our team and work alongside our Lead Teachers. This is a full time position for someone who has a genuine love for children and enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Our Classroom Support Teachers play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment. You will work closely with the Lead Teacher to support daily activities, build meaningful relationships with children, and help our classrooms run smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and potty training
- Build warm and meaningful relationships with children while encouraging their growth and development
- Communicate positively and professionally with children, families, and coworkers
- Assist with classroom cleaning, organization, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Work as part of a team and step in where support is needed
- Lift and carry children and classroom materials weighing 50 pounds
- Be willing to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities as you become more comfortable in the role

Schedule & Benefits
This is a full time position with a flexible schedule. Our preferred schedule is 3–5 days per week with 10-hour shifts, depending on classroom and center needs.
