Duties
- Prepare and serve acai bowls and other menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate the POS systems for efficient order processing and payment transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting any shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50LB
