Birdi Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Security Systems Administrator / Integration Specialist with deep expertise in Bosch BVMS Enterprise to support complex, integrated security infrastructure in a regulated federal environment.
This is a hands-on, non-entry-level role ideal for professionals experienced in high-security, compliance-driven environments, where system reliability, cybersecurity, and documentation are critical.
Requirement: U.S. Citizenship is required due to work on government-regulated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain Bosch BVMS Enterprise systems (expert-level required)
- Support and manage Monitor Dynamics (MDI) and Software House CCURE platforms
- Maintain and troubleshoot intercom systems (Commend, Aiphone)
- Ensure system uptime, cybersecurity compliance, and performance optimization
- Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management aligned with federal standards
- Troubleshoot complex issues across video, access control, and intercom systems
- Support integrations between VMS, access control, and other security platforms
- Operate within secure network environments (IP-based systems, VLANs, segmentation)
- Develop and maintain documentation for compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders, IT teams, and security personnel
- Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in security systems administration or integration
- Expert-level Bosch BVMS Enterprise experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience with:
- Monitor Dynamics (MDI)
- Software House CCURE
- Strong background supporting enterprise-level physical security systems
- Familiarity with federal compliance and regulated environments
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, VLANs, secure architectures)
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting federal agencies (FDA, NIH, DHS) or government contractors
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP, NIST, FISMA)
- Manufacturer or industry certifications (Bosch, Software House, etc.)
- Experience integrating VMS, access control, intercom, and intrusion systems
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust clearance or higher

Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
