Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair fleet equipment including , vehicle systems using hand tools, power tools, volt meter.
- Read and interpret technical schematics for electrical circuits, and mechanical assemblies to guide repairs or installations.
- Maintain detailed service records of all work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with heavy equipment operation including excavators, fleet vehicles, forklifts, or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive diagnostics.
- Dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize hand tools effectively for complex assembly or repair tasks.
- Familiarity with farm machinery, industrial equipment, tractor-trailers, or similar large-scale vehicles enhances your candidacy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with strong customer service orientation to communicate effectively with clients or team members.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in various environments; comfort with working at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
