Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to provide exceptional customer service
- Establish and maintain a strong rapport with the local community, promoting the restaurant and engaging in outreach activities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Continuously assess and optimize processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Represent the restaurant in a professional and positive manner, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a management or supervisory role
