What we expect of you:

• 1 - 2 years of Restaurant Management Experience
• Knowledge of restaurant software: scheduling, inventory, POS
• Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge and proficiency
• ServSafe Manager Certification (required)
• Title 4 Alcohol Certification (required)
• Foster a fun and purpose driven environment with focus the small details
• Passionate about guests and their experience
• Long-term growth minded; constantly seeking ways to improve and open to learning
• Desire to innovatively solve problems
• True coaching mentality with a high level of empathy
