Restaurant Shift Leader
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and working in a fast-paced environment.
You will also be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
We are a fast-growing company, opening new locations and concepts each year which provides ample opportunity for growth.
Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age
- 1 year full service restaurant leadership experience
- Reliable transportation required
- An ability to lead and supervise peers High school diploma or equivalent required
- Passion for the business and compassion for people
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
- Full availability for both weekdays and weekends.
- A commitment to maintaining flexible working hours.
- Verified prior experience in a restaurant shift lead or supervisory role.
- ServSafe Certified preferred
