As a senior sales leader, you will guide the strategy, structure, and execution of our sales and business development efforts. You will leverage long-standing industry relationships, identify new opportunities for expansion, and develop a team culture rooted in accountability, professionalism, and measurable results.

What You’ll Do
1) Strengthen Key Industry Partnerships
- Build and expand executive-level relationships with top pest control companies, installers, and service providers.
- Secure long-term agreements and drive national account opportunities.
- Serve as a respected industry ambassador for Bird-X.
2) Lead & Develop the Sales Organization
- Coach and mentor sales managers to elevate performance and consistency.
- Reinforce a disciplined, metrics-driven sales culture.
- Clarify expectations, KPIs, and execution standards across the team.
3) Drive Growth Across Programs & Channels
- Expand adoption of Bird-X programs among major service providers.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to enhance customer experience and value delivery.
- Identify and validate opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.
4) Guide Sales Strategy, Planning & Execution
- Shape long-range plans that align with market shifts and customer needs.
- Optimize sales processes, handoffs, and customer engagement practices.
- Ensure strong CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility.
- Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to the CEO.
5) Champion Continuous Improvement
- Strengthen lead management and internal communication flows.
- Bring customer feedback and market intelligence into product and program development discussions.
- Implement improvements that enhance both team performance and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Industry Experience: Direct experience in the pest control industry with established relationships.
- Leadership: 10–15 years in sales, business development, or commercial leadership; at least 5 years managing teams or enterprise accounts.
- Track Record: Proven ability to drive culture change, develop teams, deliver measurable growth, and lead high‑performance organizations.
- Technical: Knowledge of bird control solutions preferred (installation, distribution, or program experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong CRM proficiency with a data‑driven approach.
- Location: Must be based in or near Chicagoland.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for strategic partnerships, team leadership, and key account support.
