Are you a high-energy, positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Bird’s Eye is looking for a Bartender who can bring great vibes, hustle hard, and seamlessly jump in to help wherever needed. This is a Friday-Sunday position with the potential for additional cafe shifts for those interested in transitioning to full-time.
We need someone who:
Can handle a fast-moving bar environment while keeping a positive attitude.
Stays busy and proactive—if there’s downtime, you find a way to help.
Takes constructive criticism well and strives to improve every shift.
Works collaboratively with teammates—no task is too big or small.
Enjoys creating a great experience for guests, whether crafting a cocktail or a latte.
Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
Engages with customers—discovers and responds to their needs through clear, pleasant communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, coffee, and food while following our standards.
- Keep the bar and cafe area clean, organized, and stocked at all times.
- Engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner.
- Support the team by jumping in where needed—bar, cafe, dishwashing, retail.
- Follow all store operating policies and standards, including cash handling, safety, and sanitation.
- Ability to spend up to 8 hours standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Job Type: Part-Time (Friday-Sunday) with Full-Time Potential
Pay: $12.50 - $16.00 per hour tips
Expected Hours: 20-30 per week (with potential for more)
