Customer Service/Lead Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Have a love and passion for coffee and people!*
- Greet and interact with all customers ensuring everyone leaves with an elevated experience
- Maintain a positive demeanor in a busy environment where multi-tasking, cleaning, and effective communication are requirements.
- Prepare batch brew, pour over coffee & all crafted beverages/food items according to our standards of quality.
- Maintain coffee knowledge on all current offerings, and confidently communicate product information to customers.
- Share coffee passion and knowledge with the team by assisting with store coffee tastings
- Properly handle and maintain all coffee brewing equipment.
- Follow cash register policies and procedures including handling cash.
- Communicate with team members and management to solve problems and improve service.
- Count store cash drawer and safe daily. Prepare and record cash deposits.
- Delegate team member daily breaks and ensure all labor laws are being followed.
- Lock and unlock store when scheduled accordingly.
- Coach to company quality and customer service standards
