About Fast Eddies

Fast Eddies has been a Spokane staple for over 20 years. Located in the heart of the “Barmuda” district, we are one of the go-to spots for sports, strong drinks, and weekend nightlife.

During the day, we are a classic sports bar. Guests come in to watch games, eat, and hang out.

At night, especially on weekends, the energy shifts. The music gets louder, the pace picks up, and we welcome a strong college and younger crowd. If you enjoy a fast, social, high-energy environment, you will thrive here.

We are also known for our Birthday Wheel. It is loud, fun, and a huge part of the Fast Eddies experience. Our bartenders run it, control the crowd, and keep the energy up while staying professional and in control.

Fast Eddies is part of Tangen Hospitality, a locally owned restaurant group with multiple locations across Spokane.

Position Overview

This is a high-volume, team-driven role with strong earning potential through tips. We are looking for confident, reliable team members who can handle busy nights and still create a great guest experience.

Bartenders and servers at Fast Eddies:

• Serve alcohol responsibly and confidently check IDs
• Hold a valid Washington State MAST permit
• Hold a valid Washington State Food Handler’s Card
• Run the bar efficiently during busy shifts
• Operate the kitchen independently, preparing fried food in a commercial deep fryer
• Sell and manage pull tabs while following Washington State gambling regulations
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, organized workspace

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset are essential. We rely on each other during busy nights, and we value people who show up ready to work, support their coworkers, and keep the energy strong.

Team members are expected to perform these responsibilities and other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the business.

Schedule and Availability

We are open every day from 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM and open every holiday.

• Shifts range from 4 to 8 hours
• Bartenders/Servers average 3 to 4 shifts a week
• Closing shifts can run as late as 4:00 AM after large nights
• Late nights are part of the job
• Holiday availability is required

Our biggest holiday nights are Halloween, New Year’s Eve, and St. Patrick’s Day. You should also expect to work at least one of the following: Thanksgiving or Christmas.

These are busy, high-earning nights and some of the most fun shifts of the year!

What You Need

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong situational awareness and confidence
• A team-first attitude
• Previous bartending or serving experience is preferred, especially in busy environments.
